I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Overall experience in valence is good. Now Valence takeover by Evolent Health. So there is lots of career opportunities available here.

Dislikes

Because of it take over by Evolent Health they regenerate rules and clients so it little bit hamper on job security.
