Iam a part of team, worked as supervisor for cleaning purpose from subcontractor. The company has very good facility and I have many new things regarding safety.

Dislikes

Sometime there's a problem inside the company management.

3 Bi US$ project-8700 workers- Contracted to recover this project which was in bad shape-Has been done even bad political tricks where disturbing the recovery- Project has been on hold due to Brazil economy trouble in September 2009.

Dislikes

The political games behind the project. Difficult to manage the project when some aren't interested to help the recovery.

Very large international project. Really a challenge to be in charge when it was in bad shape. Strong support by the high management until the recovery but after it was becoming a political game.

Dislikes

After the recovery the Vale local management was only focused on to be returning to fight between suppliers
