...es on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.

On time salary., No strick timing and you will have a relaxation on leaves.

No proper management., No salary hike., No Growth., compulsory one Sunday have to work in a month. waste of time for experienced person.

Its a startup, hence there are exposure to different lines in a particular field

...nd the sales team to do sales and yet expect us to do quality execution in both. no variable pay, no corporate activities, HR team is a joke, no work life balance, making team to work on all saturday by giving peanut incentives, hardly any outings or team lunch. the top mgt looks only to make money, no ethics at all. literally sales team is allowed to cheat customers if they bring in more money.

Freshers have a good opportunity to learn, but not so much for a experienced professional. There is not a lot of micromanagement in some teams.

Dislikes

Hell a lot of politics, lack of work life balance, very difficult to get a raise in salary, no overtime pay.

good pay, learning new things for a beginner is very great, supportive and friendly people and flexibility to implement tools of your choice.

work timing is terrible, they won't even give you a proper laptop to work on, and many things I don't want to talk
