This can limit your future opportunities if you're planning to switch fields. Another important point to note is that as a fresher, the pressure to meet revenue targets is significant. It doesn't matter how much time you've worked, whether the leads are of good quality, or if you weren't assigned the best leads—if you don’t meet your revenue goals, termination is a possibility. This is a reality in every company, but it can be challenging if you are looking to move to a different field later on. Therefore, it's better to start your career in a good domestic or international BPO, as that will give you transferable skills for the future.
