The HR and the interviewer are not good at there work. They just take the interview and say our HR will call u and inform about the salary and joining process. They just see that how less they can give less salary. They don't see the knowledge. They just see money. And they send a email that salary is not a constraint for a right candidate. All this is rubbish. They don't reply us back. V have to call them and ask for everything. God saved me from this worst company.

...es on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.

Its a startup, hence there are exposure to different lines in a particular field

...nd the sales team to do sales and yet expect us to do quality execution in both. no variable pay, no corporate activities, HR team is a joke, no work life balance, making team to work on all saturday by giving peanut incentives, hardly any outings or team lunch. the top mgt looks only to make money, no ethics at all. literally sales team is allowed to cheat customers if they bring in more money.
