Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Work culture is good. Very little politics. You'll get growth only if you do something other than what you're supposed to, something extra. It's weird i know but it is what it is. This job is for people who no longer want to jump for other jobs.

Favoritism, internal politics, You have to always keep your mouth shut if any person is working wrong, if you say something or raised a voice against then your are next target in team. You will get de moralized, always tortured for minor things.
