There is no job security and there is no ethics by the management. Respect should be given to all the employees and expect the same.

1. People are good and if you are a fresher you will learn a lot. The seniors try to involve juniors in everything so they get to learn different things from different departments. 2. Great party culture.

Dislikes

1. Founders will listen to everyone but do whatever they want. They won't listen to you if you complaint about any senior employee, instead will give you only gyaan. 2. Saturdays working. 3. Do not, I repeat do not work under Jenifer Chaudhary. She will make your life hell. She does not know anything. I don't know why she has been given such a senior position.

There are likes and dislikes- Likes- 1) Party culture 2) Learnig opportunities Dislikes- 1) Founders are sometimes arrogant, sometimes sweet 2) Mid Management is messed up (Most useless people in mid management) 3) Founders have entrolled some people on there family problem and they don’t perform at all 4) Jennifer Chaudhary- make sure you don’t work under her in anycase, she will ruin your mental health, They don’t tell you about her untill you join

Dislikes

-Most of the things are dislikes, but the things you learn from founders is amazing -They ruin your saturday’s as well

Company culture is really good. Co-founders and seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

There are few old school ladies who want only gossip of others and then demotivate juniors. They think that no one knows tbe tricks they play but everyone males fun of them
