Overall a very disgusting company with no benefits for employees even the charge for bus facilities, and also cut salary in form of variable, MIS, nd so on. And there people are not supporting.

I really enjoyed working- Gives you good learings - Customer relationship management/ operations in production line/ costing of Packaging industry over all flexible packaging requirmet and solutions. Also helps in developing networks and depth scop to understand Packaging industry.

Salary is at lowest Appraisal delay. No appreciations or additional benefits. Incentive fully depends on existing team performance.

IE, I like working in professional and motivated teams. But then talk about problem team members, people who do no work but try to steal your credit, people who block every initiative, or who lack knowledge in the area that they are supposed to contribute it.
