There is no proper or organized training. They don't provide sufficient knowledge, yet still blame you for even the smallest mistakes. You'll feel stuck for a year and regret it in every possible way. Be aware

DO NOT JOIN !! I have been in this work culture for more than a year. The worst HR, management who ill treats each and every employee no matter how much years they worked for this company. No proper package but needs 101% of your work everyday. Unfair layoffs even for freshers. Overall, the worst company, do not recommend.

They treat every employees like there own family and management is providing lots and lot of benefits to them and make them to work happy. Even vagus is providing free cost of lunch and break fast to all the employees working there and i personally say this is going to be a big strength of them

work pressure is sometimes very high need to attend the client calls at anytime and on any days.
