i like vadodara municipal corporation due to the city that only transfer within a city limit and also educational city for children's.

Dislikes

Vadodara Municipal Corporation is decent, but team spirit or unity is not there. due to high pressure of political wing, nobody works with satisfaction.no any decision making by higher authority which has given a power to do do so.

I joined worked & left in only VMC . I had vast opportunity to serve almost all the public service departments during job with my Engineering skill accompanied by administration & political public interactions. I performed duties with the best of my abilities; experience, & opportunities - with training me at different levels, are the best of those achievements, I earned in local steady city life so as to settle with what I wished for family life including education of children. But only the bad aspect are 1.direct political interference influence 2.promotions not associated with seniority & sincerity 3.frequent transfers before you know the best of the duty. 4.scale &rule at par with GoG as usual. Those are the worst hindrances to perform duty at its best, makes you feel discomfort. Otherwise the best are 1. You have steady local city life to settle 2. You have vide technical experience in all fields water supply, road bridge buildings, drainage, storm water, town development, etc 3. You can be helpful to public in almost all public services
