As i worked as a project site manager in this company i got opportunity to develop my technical skills & many skills like decision making, dealing with different clients, contractors, & Colleagues, labour which helped me in my personality development also. learnt different languages, visited different places in India. Always works used to be competitive and professional way with friendly colleagues and with extremely supportive seniors & managers.

Its a Bogus company now. Many Employees after putting 100 % effort for company growth years together had left company with 3 to 6 months pending salary, after all deductions like EPF, ESI etc no HR benefits climes or received by any employee. These are all well planned and executed by management people like Managing Director Mr.Rajamanickam. Company has no Gratitude to wards any employees, vendor, contractors...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
