Vadilal company is very good team working, there was a lot of support from senior people while working, there were seniors who understood everything, Vadilal group is very good and growing in ice cream.

Dislikes

Vadilal group is a very good group but not because of the salary not increase over time but it is a very good organization.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Seasonal employment is there after complete season they put such challenges and situation that you have no option and leave, and for covid its worst we employed for 20 to 23 days and they give only 15 days salary, and terminated around 70% staff
