...he female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. The hr is not helpful and instead of fixing the issues she will hide the issues. 5. The organisation works on buttering your senior the more you butter the more you can have an easy life. Your knowledge your handwork never works.

...ecurity is there, they only need solutions for themselves. No Care for employee. Forget about salary, very low paying salary structures.

... 4-5 years. Always get appraisal 2-3 months late just because of slow HR teams. HR teams do not have proper knowledge of salary deduction and always fail to justify.

Wirked at the client location. Environment was so good and comfortable that I spent almost 5 years there.

Package and promotion is a bit slow. I guess this depends upon your projects and previous CTC as well. Rest, HR response and most of the documentation/formalities is slow from the organisation side.

If you are an off role employee then be cautious there is salary issue for off role employee who are working as executive and TL position. Never ever join this company for this position. No job security, anytime company may fire you. There is only one successful project in this company is g pay and all the projects are failed projects. And company is dependent on this only.
