...e did not get any appraisal and said you did not performed any of the project. If you are an off role employee then be cautious there is salary issue for off role employee who are working as executive and TL position. Never ever join this company for this position. No job security, anytime company may fire you. There is only one successful project in this company is g pay and all the projects are failed projects. And company is dependent on this only.

First they said you are selected but then they said first share your doc's without any salary discussion..... And they hr Vaishali Argued with me ... You know why bcz i asked from her about the process... She said that don't teach me Hr policies...

You get higher packages easily but with unreachable targets

I could fill out everything. No job security everyday is a rat race . They higher you on the expectation of experimentation of process and sack you off with even your notice period completion.

It's Like Great do meets always new people because my job designation is Filed of Sales that's why, and i new that the future is bright if i got promotion into it. All over talk about Company is likely gentle and greceful for work.

I do not like it's Salary Policy Change and it's like decrease Salary in New Structure

First salary they do not provide the market standard salary. Almost 90% attrition are due to this issue. Second no growth opportunity. Third they do not help out with the courses if someone likes to make advancement in his career.
