Work was good but the branch Mnager was horrible leave applied 3 month before as dad opeartion was there and it was a off season too where I can go home, he allowe all but notbme which forced me to leave the job in 6 months without noticed.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
