You get to learn new things everyday and work on new projects. Salary also get credited on time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Micromanagement at each step. Pressure is through the roof. CEO is manipulative and rude. They won't take any time to teach you or help and instead just tell you to learn everything on your own and take courses for such things. Poor culture and no room for increments and appraisals.
