Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

Vaaman engineers is very good company. This is caring,good salary pay & good services provide employees at any situations. Management is always good. always provide training for employees.

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture is very bad. HR management is Even worse. Job security is good because company won't fire you because they know that no known person will work again for this conpany.

Dislikes

No fixed job schedule, No fixed date to get salary sometime we got on 20th-25th of the month. Transport facility is not good. No payment for over time. Company wants you to report 20 minutes earlier and leave 20 minutes late. No place to have lunch.

...ates every competent candidate forcefully whoever is smarter or better than her. Very low salary hike and Infact the company doesn't even do very little than as promised during the interview discussion. No overall growth, you will only find people who are petty minded. There is zero work life balance you are even asked to do 14 hours even after A shift to B shift. People do not respect each other and company's management is worst.

Dislikes

There is no professional or personal growth. No training. No job security, instant terminate without reason or warning or any notice period. Company's sick politics. Lack of learning or opportunities. Only the ones who literally have affair with the site head are awarded. Zero work life balance.
