Vaalve Bathware company is total lala company. Every department reporting is 6. 3 MD and 1 gm and 1 nsm and our department hod. Whole office shifting is back to director window. Director and employee room between 1 window. Director and gm whole day 1 and 1 thing observed and also cctv camera. Dily office timing is 9.30 to 6 but but director daily says 9.30 to 11.00 pm but task will be complete. Under probition period 1 months notice period. And after completing probition period 2-3 months notice period. I am working 2 month in as a sales coordinator position. I am giving 4 days notice period. Hr and gm says no Fnf giving you because no served notice period. I am working 25 days in Vaalve Bathware company. And in closing sales coordinator position talk to billing person and complete whole billing this is sales coordinator work. Billing whole responsibilities is sales coordinator department. And this company is whole working is manual recibo and tally. Sales team no support. And every work is talk to sales team than collect data this working is Vaalve.

Sometime pressure comes, especially in month end but for that your get valued and company takes care of all the things. Being a women in working, it’s a best company since you are 100% in safe environment. The culture is very good

Good costumer service support after sales. 5. Running very good schemes for plumbers in Market. 6. Company try to capture very aggressively market share from competitor.
