Opportunity given by the company for the learnings of the trainees.

No on time salary. No WFH even during COVID. Treating trainees as machines and very late in reimbursement of work related expenses. Not listening to the trainees feedbacks.

...k environment and culture.teamates are supportive and management is trasperents.campany policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year.

There is a lot of politics and carrier growth is slow.on the job traning is not given to new joinees.

...any culture. People shout on top of their lungs in abusive languages. No ethics. Settled final salary amount after 1.5 years of leaving the company. Management extremely biased
