The only thing to like about is salary getting on time.

Dislikes

Third class and dumb management. CEO is not even aware of ground realities. The management takes employees for granted and for their mistakes they put blame on employees and fire them. The Manager is worst and the head is even more worst. Employees are totally burned out. Even at home you are supposed to work for them till 2am or sometimes till 5am and then come back to work on very next day. No time for breather and even on Sundays they force you to work. No Job security at all. Selfish management will only keep you till your purpose and then fire you overnight. I wonder what mindset CEO has to even keep such management either is is playing fool or is a fool (pardon my language but its true). They claim themselves as great place to work with but in real they should be awarded as the WORST PLACE TO WORK WITH!

...or learning at the initial phase, though it becomes linear on the growing years. Offers good compensation to performers. Work-life balance is at a toll for some times in a year when there is work pressure.

Projects are hunted for big revenues, so sometimes it is absolute waste of time when there is no work or if the maintenance part continues.

The worse and lala company I have seen is the worse one and only V2. The HR and upper management team they do filter of the employees salary and they target to take them out just for the smallest of the smallest reason. I will say go for labour work but do not go to the worse company one and only V2. They don't give FNF also they eat employees hard earned money. If after reading this much and if you still want to join then you will be the no 1 looser.

Every this is worse the people of the company and the work culture and the policy everything is worse if you don't get job anywhere in world and if V2 is giving you job then also you should try for another job instead of accepting their offer.

- Salary has been provided by the firm at proper time without any issues.

- Management and decisions made by them have been an issue for many employees. - Employees are not provided opportunity with correct project or given opportunities as per their talent so that it can be utilised well in a way that benefits not just individual but also the firm.

...ete the targets and do good work they will throw you for all the wrong reasons..they even deduct salaries in the name of loss of pay if taken leaves They never give promised salaries and incentives. Very toxic and unprofessional company.
