a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture is very poor. No professionalism at all. Management is not fair..

Dislikes

They transfer people in 2 months. Lot of politics. Salary is also not good. You can be fired any time. No senior management listen anything. Senior Management forces for extended working hours..Not a good organization to work..

... a single penny 😓right now we're doing overtime without fearing of our life.. Instead of giving salary and job security they are firing staff from the company... Already many staffs are fired and in upcoming days more will have to exit from the company..For the month of June employees have to work 30days without weekly off and will get only 50% of their salary... Id like to advice peoples those who are interested to work with this organization please think twice before you make choice... Thank you
