Overall, I appreciate the dynamic and forward-thinking nature of Vsoft , making it an ideal place for me to grow both personally and professionally. Dislikes

Only one thing I didn't like that was team partiality. Stakeholders itself was supporting to only one team. and good appraisal also that team member were getting either they are working or not and if you will die for work then also no appreciation . But its ok for learning vsoft is best place.
