...worst company I worked. There is no consistent work. Anyone can assign any work. There is no pay structure. Just, based on appeasements the employees will get their salary hikes.

...ver worked. There is no consistent work. Anyone can assign any work at any time. There is no pay structure. Just, based appeasements the employees will get their salary hikes. Career & Knowledge will be lost if someone works there. Life is out. A staff, Mr. H V Sriram, since his age of 23, worked for 20 years for the company, At his age of 43, he was thrown out of job citing "company cannot pay salary". He was a bachelor who lost his life in this company. No partner will think about the employees but they only think about their profit shares.

The paid assistants in this job were good.

Dislikes

...on't allow for classes and will be very bad when it comes about granting leaves. He also have fired a lot of people right before festive season to avoid paying bonus. Despite having paid leaves he won't allow you to use it.

Continuous learning & work life balance, Independence given by employer to apply to apply your mind, & work as per your convenience, which ultimately helps in providing best possible outcome.

Lot of outstation, as it is the demand of statutory audit profile.

Treating staffs as daily wages, No team work, Management is good in Politics, Salary/increment at their mercy, Whatever knowledge you have will vanish in 1 year after joining there.

Nothing I have seen for dislike about working at VSA but main demerit of VSA doesn't allow coaching classes during the course of training but aware about it in advance.
