You Can Like working here if You can handle Terrible Management Decisions and Regular ommision of Your name From Employee recognition list despite of your Contributions and efforts , People who are close to management will get Unbelievable Promotions Despite of Poor Management and IT skills .

Dislikes

Too Much Politics , People who Work hard are omitted from Employee Recognitions merely on the basis of One Leader 's Personal Preference , Employee Contributions are only recognised if you are Close to the Senior Leadership

Likes

Good work culture and supporting team. Work-life balance is excellent so is the remuneration which in almost all IT companies u would feel to be under whelming.

Dislikes

Not much upskill opportunities since it being a product based company. You are almost set in the mold of you existing skillset which you have acquired till now. Not much horizontal movement.
