Worst till date. Too much politics, no clarity, moreover, didn't pay me 1 months salary even after regular reminders. It's been 6 months now, still haven’t received my salary.

Terminates without notice and doesn't even pay salary.

The team that has started with ideas and holds the end-to-end responsibility of workflow.

...are brutal, carefree about your career and sometimes too harsh on your mistakes. And last but not least late salary and they deduct PF from your salary but never credited to your account.

It's a terrible place to work as they don't care about their employees at all an just focus on money making Machine and treats their employee as machines.

No job security as well as they would not provide salary on time and if you would ask for salary,then they would simply say that they can not provide salary

I will suggest to all never join v resorts company because ceo aditi and vp dhaval is very dishonest they laps employees's salary.

Being a startup, you get to learn different things but that's about the only positive thing about working at V Resorts.

Dislikes

There's a lot to write about here, but it mainly stems from the poor management. There's no respect for employees and their efforts, and as a result, no job security, poor compensations and no work satisfaction. The older employees strive to create a toxic environment for the others, so not much productive work gets done. They say they focus on internal democracy, innovation and positivity, but that's just a clever gimmick on the part of the leadership, since maintaining an image is close to all they're good at.
