Variable pay is just a bluff. Do not believe on HR words at the time of joining as they did it zero in FY 22-23. Also some heads are only bosses not leaders. They will shout on you in front of everyone and treat you like a slave.

Nothing due to location and they did not transferred me even after knowing my personal problem staying at Sikkim. I tried every expect to get transferred from Sikkim but no Seniors neither Hr helped me out.

...ment in Sikkim. HOD are exploiting juniors life by making jail like environment. Forcing to work even on Sundays and making every day 1-2 hours over time work without any extra pay to us. At Sikkim work life balance was extreme. Infact they are counting every single second. Lot and lot of politics which every junior level employees faces but nobody say anything. They gentle and swiftly get out from that toxic environment.

There is a gap of more than 1.5 year between my joining and the previous safety manager and I too left the organisation in 6 months. There are lot of dislikes 1. Zero employee benifits. 2. No openness to work 3. Policy varies from person to person. 4 There is no actual path for organization, no one takes the responsibility. 5. If u r 1 min late then u need to apply leave. Don't go on the rating as this company is kerla based and all the top rating which is given are from south employee
