Full of partiality between sales and service department (even in sanatory facilities and Tea & Water facilities). No proper HR management. V-Guard is not at all responsible for contract employees in all aspects.

There is a gap of more than 1.5 year between my joining and the previous safety manager and I too left the organisation in 6 months. There are lot of dislikes 1. Zero employee benifits. 2. No openness to work 3. Policy varies from person to person. 4 There is no actual path for organization, no one takes the responsibility. 5. If u r 1 min late then u need to apply leave. Don't go on the rating as this company is kerla based and all the top rating which is given are from south employee

Work-life balance is perfect. The company culture is good. Knowledge gaining is good. Can learn more and more things. There is a high opportunity here.

Growth in this company is too slow. Moving to the next level is negligible. Remuneration or salary paid too low, in terms of experience. Increments are poor.

The people around are extremely passionate and supportive. The culture is one of collaboration, trust and teamwork.

Compensation - not upto industry standards & not performance based. Assuming two employees have the same designation and grade, increments should prioritize employees with lower base pay to compensate for the base pay.
