I have been working in V guard service center (AMBEY ENTERPRISES PATNA) for almost 4 years but I have never received salary on time nor have I received any facility like PF, ESI. It is a very bad company and does nothing for its service technicians.

Technician does not get salary on time, neither PF ESI is deducted and the service incharge has very bad behaviour

In your company I learnt a lot about electrical and electronics because my major is Mechanical. My teammates are very responsive they guided me in a good way. 100% job security. The career growth will be average. The balance between work and life is so worse

Dislikes

The working hours is 12, but I have to work 14 hours some days 16 hours for the same pay. So, the work pressure is very high. And they do not value the uniqueness of us.

teammates are full cooperative. training is good , salary may be much less than other. some how some politics in the higher staff, that may affect to employee, work environment is good. always you will learn something. overall it is a very good organisation to work on.

at that time when I was worked in v- guard, the area of work was bigger .

Nothing Just Salary on Time

There is a gap of more than 1.5 year between my joining and the previous safety manager and I too left the organisation in 6 months. There are lot of dislikes 1. Zero employee benifits. 2. No openness to work 3. Policy varies from person to person. 4 There is no actual path for organization, no one takes the responsibility. 5. If u r 1 min late then u need to apply leave. Don't go on the rating as this company is kerla based and all the top rating which is given are from south employee

Work-life balance is perfect. The company culture is good. Knowledge gaining is good. Can learn more and more things. There is a high opportunity here.

Dislikes

Growth in this company is too slow. Moving to the next level is negligible. Remuneration or salary paid too low, in terms of experience. Increments are poor.
