Working hours- you have to stay till 8.00 pm without any work.. Working Culture is Worst... The head of department has no sense to talk, Rude behaviour. Mental toucher. No time for lunch. Cannot maintain personal life.

Leadership Management is poor at making any decisions. Employees are not satisfied at all. They make an employee sign a service bond of 2 years and treat their employees like a slave.

Very bad company policies. You can not get benefits as they promised you. No facility provide by the company. Company timing is 9-6 but you can not leave office on time. Rather you have to wait till night at 12 also. And it is horrible.
