...e policies are not defined. We should be ready to work without taking leaves. During vivid, we were paid 60% of the salary. I believe, it's a decent compensation when the company had zero transactions.

Dislikes

As the plant is located in Tuticorin, most of the staff are from the same place. They do their tasks in their own way. It would delay the requisites when we need.

Good work environment and culture. Head support is week. Other employees relationship is good. Learn more direct marketing related.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. It is major problem personally
