Owner is seemingly nice person. If you are good at time management, you can spare plenty of time for self study, skill development or even entertainment. Strict Monday to Friday job. 100% job security because no-one stays here for a long time expect owner's friends who are working in this company since its inception. So zero chance of getting fired except you don't show up at work or don't work for months. Bare minimum is maximum here.

...o go. They even have dummy employees just to show on their Linkedin profile. The biggest issue is 'salary never crediting on time', sometimes the pay you 2 to 3 months late; you literally have to beg to for salary. One of the many reasons be, they can pay you once they got paid from their clients.
