Strict Monday to Friday job. 100% job security because no-one stays here for a long time expect owner's friends who are working in this company since its inception. So zero chance of getting fired except you don't show up at work or don't work for months. Bare minimum is maximum here.

The biggest issue is 'salary never crediting on time', sometimes the pay you 2 to 3 months late; you literally have to beg to for salary. One of the many reasons be, they can pay you once they got paid from their clients.
