v bazaar के सारे नियम सा के ऊपर लागू होते हैं। मैनेजर बैठ के दिन भर मोबाइल में पिक्चर देख पब खेल उसके लिए कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं। वह 55000 महिना ले जो कंपनी को कम कर दे। उसको 8500 सैलरी देते हैं। यही इनका रूल है यह संविधान अलग से लिखवाया। मंगल ग्रह से भी बाजार वाले अपना।

Even in the matter of salary, everyone's record has been broken in the market. Name is Private Limited, Salary, 8500. The company says that the salesmen are the pillars of our company, but how much care is taken of the pillars so that they run the house smoothly. They are given a salary of Rs 8500. This much pressure is given. It seems that all the work is being handled by the CSA of the company who is taking Rs 2 lakh per month. Sitting in AC, consuming air. What are those people doing for the company?

I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
