Writing a review as an employee of V&RO Hospitality pvt.Ltd company: "I worked as a F&B associates at V & RO Hospitality for almost 2 years. My experience was largely positiveas as well as negative,as the company offered a supportive environment, ample learning opportunities, and a chance to work with an excellent team. The management was generally approachable and open to feedback. However, the high workload during peak seasons could sometimes be overwhelming. Overall, it was a fantastic company for those looking to grow in the hospitality industry, and I wanted to recommend it to professionals seeking dynamic opportunities but I wonder how the company came too slowly and it ended being out of my mark. The disadvantages that face by employees in V & RO Hospitality: Those disadvantages about the company includes like : 1. Start with my Context I worked as a Food and Beverage services at V & RO Hospitality for 2 years. 2. Highlight Positive feedbacks: The work environment was supportive, and the team collaboration was exceptional. 3.Management Support: "The management was approachable and encouraged professional growth thought it ended up with dissatisfaction.

...about a delay salaries, receiving wages only after date 10's 0r above and so on. Optional: Overall rating of the company: If applicable, include ratings for factors like work-life balance, salary, management, and career growth. My rating will be: "Work-Life Balance: 3/5, Salary: 3/5, Career Growth: 2/5, Management: 2/5." OVERALL DISADVANTAGES THAT FACE BY EMPLOYEES IN V & R O HOSPITALITY PVT.LTD: 1. Pay and Benefits Some roles in the hospitality sector may not offer competitive wages or comprehensive benefits compared to the workload and demands.Delay of salaries, slowing the payment date of salaries to employees are increasing, for eg:before it was paid before date 7 of every month, but after some months it increases the date of payments for employees to random and so on, 2. Long Working Hours Hospitality roles often require extended shifts, irregular hours, and working on weekends or holidays, which can impact work-life balance. The employees get weakness in physical and mental. Reduce of strength due to less sleep or unproper sleep it also causes due to lacking of employees which depends on company. 3. High Workload and Stress during peak seasons: Employees may face intense pressure to meet customer expectations, especially during peak seasons, leading to burnout. 4. Limited Career Growth While the hospitality industry offers various entry-level opportunities, some employees may find limited pathways for advancement or promotions within the company. 5. Inconsistent Schedules Shifts that change frequently, making it difficult for employees to plan their personal lives. 6. High Employee Turnover High turnover rates in the industry can lead to increased workloads for remaining staff, affecting team dynamics and morale. 7. Understaffing During Peak Times: Insufficient staffing during busy periods thay place additional stress on employees, reducing overall job satisfaction. 8. Providing employees facility: In some cases, like employees feel they are not provided any utilities or facilities that are self-use. Me as an example working 1 and half years in this company yet still no uniform provided side apart not even a single thing is provided which is very disappointed. 9. Customer-Related Challenges Dealing with difficulty or demanding customers satisfaction can be emotionally draining and requires significant patience and communication skills . Moreover, lacking of resources by the management.

The owners are not bother to do anything, from past few months we are not getting proper items to run the restaurant operation due to payment has not been done to vendor so all of the vendor they stopped giving items, plus we are getting salary in between 17th to 20th, which we used to get on 10th. And this problem are getting worse day by day and the owners are not bothered by this at all they are keep on saying we are in loss but they have opened 3 new restaurant in Bengaluru and Mumbai, so if they are not making profit how come they opened 3 new restaurant? This people may be don't know how to run a business or they are doing this deliberately. Plus if you resign and give proper one month notice period then also you'll not get the settlement from the company, there are employees who left the company 2 years back but still they didn't get their settlement amount till date. Plus they are also not depositing EPF from past four months.
