You will learn a lot and be really good at your work.

Dislikes

But also you will suffer a lot because there's only work and politics(a lot). No work life balance. Absolute S**t culture making you work for 80-90 hrs (at least) a week. Making you learn the hard way(when it's not even required). Management team has this "messiah syndrome", they thing they know everything and they are great and all, but it's just BS.

Dislikes

Management. Worst ever management I have seen. They will hire people for project purpose and starts layoff once project is completed. They are too much stagnant that what they do about User Experience that's the ultimatum and rest of the world is completely wrong.

1. Poor Work Life Balance (Over commitments with clients with tight schedule deliveries pressurise the designers a lot, this might hinder their freedom of thinking 💭 ), 2. Learn and jump to save your back, 3. Politics hinders your hardwork. 4. Not for all demographics.
