Friendly work environment. Direct communication with the board of director, hence no politics in the company. I got many opportunities to learn new things. Supportive management. Work from home from the last year due to COVID effect.

Dislikes

No other benefits apart from the salary. I mean to say the company not providing Health insurance, Provident Fund, Team outing, food coupons or card, training for a new product (employee need to learn by self), child education funds.

Timely increment was given.

Dislikes

There was no training program for a fresher and the materials for teaching weren't there to begin with. Poor management style and rude attitude with the teachers of the management.

I work here with 100%perfection with all xtra. classes but they wont recognizes you they ask me bond for two years and in middle of academic year they removed me without any reason ....so soory to say its worst academy i have ever saw in my teaching life......thank you all

They never saticify. With your work and they wont give any assurance about our job bonding time if they feel bad then they remove immediately then we will surprise to loose our job....we loose our imp precious time....they give more more more work and they say you are not satisfying them So its a worst workplace for teaching
