Most worst company; I had ever worked in my 26 Years of experience It's only 2 men Management They will also avoid Email communication, never reply to WhatsApp Left around 50 to 60 person just Working for 2-3 Months It is worst than a small grocery shop

Salary given after 45-50 days of working 50% Daily Allowances given after 2-3 months; after continuous follow up Never replied through Email or WhatsApp; the reasons of Deductions of DA No Leave; No PF, Medical or ESI for the employees No HR or HR Policy......Myself being an Experienced RSM; Company's Travelling Eligibility for RSM are as follows (1) Travelling by Sleeper Class (2) Lodging & Food is Rs.1200.00/ Day (3) Local Travelling is restricted to Local Bus or train Need to go for Business visit by own money but after unjustified deductions they may 50% of the total expenses after 2-3 months; if you do the continuous follow up over phone, Email or WhatsApp There is no policy of Full & Final settlement; if leave organization; despite giving Resignation Letter on appropriate manner & serving Notice period It's already 4 Months; I didn't get my F&F Amount of Rs.43,300.00

actually everything, they are very much money minded, i have left at the role of operation manager & they still not settled my f&f, the main director is beyond the limit money minded, he made people sit under fan to avoid electricity bill, i do not know why they have put ac then in office.
