...ng and will keep working till 9-10 in the evening, still won't be appreciated. Salary is very low, like they offered me 5k per month, The management is not very supportive and the HR himself thinks he knows everything related to development and will bug you in your work.

they always push to work on week off and they also not like to pay for salary. All the time the put the pressure on every employee and all the time not give the salary. I work there for 1,4 year and the not paid my all money ,till now the pending amount id 70,000 about to 1.5 month salary.

I have completed 1 year in this organisation. This is a very good company to learn from. Everyone's behavior is good. Environment is good.

Nothing, But we are still freshers so we have a lot to learn. There is much to learn in the future.
