In management not willing to consider if employee had any emergency problem such as medical issues or advance required. No recognition for efficient employees

Zero support as they are not sending my due money even collecting N.O.C from all stockist and CNF.

They can not recognise hard working people. Ex. Sale and collection is one third from North Bihar.

A startup company, has good products range. There is good opportunity to make some of their brands as mega prescription products. Few of their products have OTC profile, which can be promoted through internet marketing. Basically Opportunity is very high.

Dislikes

Startup company, they don't have vision where to go and how to reach their objectives.
