Appraisal and promotion purely based on how well you know for your managers. not based on your performance. They make you work on different skill set when they don't have relevant projects for you.

Likes

You will get exposure to multiple skills if you are having short term projects else you will get stuck at same task with no growth if it is a long term project.

Dislikes

No proper work life balance. Instability. Hiring process should be changed a lot. No over time payment. Leave encashment is not there. Sometimes need to work for more than office hours and even in weekends with no extra pay.

...join. As a fresher, you will get to work on diverse projects, and as a 15 + exp. the person the only benefit you will get is salary,

Poor work-life balance, very poor salary, and appraisal even if work really hard and get appreciated for your work,

...as not planned earlier...no job security they can fire u on immediate notice ...salary and bills are not received on time. It's a Titanic which on the verge of drowning.

9:30 hours work and one minute swiping issue half day salary gone Do not have work life balance, meetings happens late night after 9:30 hours of working Not technically good employees Developers need to do manual testing as well. No Jira, mostly Excel work Microscopic management even 30 minutes of any meetings should be added there. For developers like sales department you have to fill Excel sheet for meeting your targets and what went wrong. Anti bullying squad does not work Manager does not allow to contact HR for any issue Negative environment and people Does not give work from home
