There is lot of scopes of continuous learning and healthy working atmosphere. I am working in OST Centre (Opioid Substitution Therapy) and this centre treating of IDUs clients (Injective Drug Users). I met the various types of people everyday in field and office and I personally realize that their life is like a close book and I need to open these human books and look what will be come out. I learnt alot from their life and experiences and I tried to explore more thoughts and experiences of such kind of people. On behalf of their experiences I have counseling the patients and I seen very positive result. So please don't make a weired decision about IDUs. They are normal people as like us but they are just gone on wrong way. This is our responsibility that they came back on right path.

Dislikes

There is no future security. No HR policy applicable at present time. No other benefits like medical, Death claim, loyalty bonus, etc. Working in low remuneration . There is no timely yearly increment.
