They just exploit the young bloods. Even there has been DST orders to increase the salary of JRF, but they are not doing the same, even after multiple applications by all JRF's. Neither they have been promoted to SRF after their due time. Further, the permanent posts in UKPCB are 137, but they have appointed 37 permanent staff only, because they are exploiting students in their carrier.

On the initial days of working, they will treat you well and extract all your potential. Office is located at nice place, this is only thing to like at UKPCB.

Dislikes

To dislike, UKPCB has so many points. They will squeeze you after getting all your potential and do not provide any kind of support for your growth and skill development. They believe in employee extraction rather than employee satisfaction. If you are willing to join this place just think twice as they will not provide any kind of perks like HRA, PF, promotion, or other facilities. I assure you, go anywhere else than choosing this place, you will succeed in your life.
