Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... really serious about your career and it's growth it is the worst place to be. It is more like slavery than a corporate office with no job security nor guarantee of healthy growth compensation My personal advice would be if you're really in need of job and not getting anywhere then only accept their opportunity otherwise please please ignore them, they can even spoil your career

It's a worst company to work for fresher as well as experienced professionals.. company's Management or MD don't have any idea about there good and sincere employes...they believe only their bootleakers uneducated persons..those bootleakers haven't any idea about business strategy and how to company will grow...

it takes almost one month to credit salary to your account, no job security. old peoples report wrong about new people and MD believe on such foolish people. This is owner driven company. there is no activities employees just work dont look here & there dont gossip.

Company owner is like god, but between management misguide to owner and keeping distance owner and grassroot employee.Next one is higher leval management are keeping their fevariable person , not seeing good work or bad work.only seeing his loyality with him.company policy, s are good they giving yearly increment and other facility's good.company overall best.
