I like only doing my work but shortage of staff and company culture is very terrible.

Dislikes

...e metro like train maintenance, OHE, p- way, track maintenance, and even E& M. 2) GH allowance not available they provide compensation rest for GH. Only NH allowance provided. 3) Too many managers in some department even more than the supervisor so you can think about what will happen when there is too many managers managing a work. 4) They have a bond period of 3 years and will let u literally beg for reliving if somehow u got some good place. 5) Unnecessary events rather than employee benefits in the aim of branding their self-image. 6) Most terrible is HR who is totally blind and no care for employees working conditions on the ground like drinking water in summer, employee dress selection of cream colour trouser for maintainer which get dirty easily and many more flaws. 7) Shift work hours with very limited staff at ground and numbers are getting decrease because of all the above points. If u file RTI for how many employees leave this organization then u will gonna find that more than 50 percent employee leave this organization within last year. There are so many dislikes but I have other things to do rather than typing here. My advice don't join this even at housekeeping level take ur tym and improve ur existing skills for better working place.

In UPMRC,you will aquire many skills.there is very good training for new trainees.

Dislikes

...licy of Departmental exams in UPMRC.you will not get night shift allowance here.Your salary will be very low compared to other metros.other metros like dmrc have higher pay scale.You will become je in 16 years,and should have diploma.

You can learn about time management, Preventive maintenance, Work execution and Paper work.

Dislikes

Depend upon LMRC for any decisions and sometimes you don't know how they are going. No any facility like LMRC employees and if you are Contract company employee then you will do everything that's LMRC wants.

Nothing in Lmrc is worth appreciation.

Dislikes

Worst job. Worst work culture. Forced labour. Ur colleagues or even juniors will be given better job profile and authority to control u just on account of being a male candidate. High level politics in Train Operation. No promotion policy. No allowances. Leave requests are rarely entertained. Only medical leave ensures surety that too if ur sanctioning authority approves it. Medical only from few affiliated hospitals(which includes some of the worst private hospitals in lko) is accepted. No medical reimbursement for consultation fee and medicine is given. Reimbursement only for medical test is given.
