Lean manufacturing is very bed because of not implemented 8 wastes N- Non unusable skills not clearing.. because if employees have skill in technical and Production and production planning control but they are working on simple work only material fine-tune and inventory

Bad work culture Too much politics related to personally and professionally there are lots of issues but no solution Management jo sunna or dekhna chahati hai sirf whi krti h chahe aap unhe kitna bi sach dikha lo agar hum unhe batate h kuch galt or shi to ego hurt ho jati h or logo ko intentionally personal level or professional level pr harass krna start kr dete h me yha kisi ka naam ni lugi but smjne wale ke liye itna hi kafi h yha pr sirf 2 hi log h jinki puri company me tanashahi chal rhi h jo non technical bande h or unhe apne problem btaye jinka unko solution sunna b ni h or kuchh jante b ni h.

Nothing to work over there only politics win as always. you work harder or not it all depends on politics of the most Junior to most senior people. The position they give the power is in not in hand.
