In the manufacturing process following material as an input will be used.

·   Cold Rolled Steel -Electrical Grade 

·   Cold Rolled non oriented Steel (CRNO-fully processed steel)

·   Aluminum Ingot -Electrical Grade 

The Estimated Manufacturing Capacity -

·   Stamping =2500 Ton/month 

·   Rotors   = 14,50,000number/month

Jyoti Strips Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in trading, cutting and slitting of flats steel products viz. HR coils / sheets, CR Coils / sheets and plates. The Company’s product is widely used in automobile industry, bicycle industry, furniture, drums and barrels, precision tubes, home appliances and sheet metal components etc. 

Jyoti Strips Pvt. Ltd. has a fleet of 450+ trucks with a carriage capacity from 07 tonne to 90 tonne and 8 cranes with a capacity from 70 tonnes to 100 tonnes.
