Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

not punctual in releasing salary culture and activities are great i left the company on a good note served the notice period its been more than 150 days i still did not get my last working months salary where it was promised to be dispatched after 90 days of my notice period horrible experience even after being a part of the company for more than 4 years i dont recommend anyone to uttam mudra

Everything in simple terms, It is a company which also runs scam process, Management is poor , Operation head is full of herself , Appraisal is a things which is only said in interview , whoever reads this if your are thinking about working here i suggest you better stay unemployed
