Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company is decent, growth is good. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that accounts department. Senior like my work and they guide me day to day and also step by step.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. sometime. Almost times, I have to work 10-12 hour straight in a days as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
