Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

I liked that, we are made to do all types of work, whether it's taxation or audit etc but mostly accounting which a CA is not supposed to do and a good place for exposure if you can learn on your own

Dislikes

I know how I got terminated from here for joining Industrial Training, they didn't even paid my stipend even after working as I left the firm, They fear us in the name of leave as 2000 pm is nothing, that I disliked and NO PERKS and training, learn by yourself policy, took 6 days leave in my articleship and marked 48 days
