Company environment is good. Job security. Team work is best. Utkarsh is better than another small finance company. Company policy is good.

There is no time limit for field workers. Field work is not for ladies. Salary is not enough for field workers.

don't pay travel allowance which was promised. you are to work on holidays. toxic and demean you among colleagues, abusive language used and self esteem brought down. have made many cry and leave the job. the office politics, asking money when you are even 1 minute late. spiteful and no believing of you by management.
